Not SOR, traded to McLaren Manc for my 675LT Spider. Manc don't retail 12C's any more so sold it on in the trade. They gave me quite a bit less than its current asking price lol...
Ahhh... a friend of mine heard about this and had mentioned to me. I even got in touch with Manchester but they'd already traded it on. Would have loved to buy it myself in all honesty! Interesting that McManchester don't retail 12c's, as other dealerships still seem to do so....
Nice to hear it was a 675... as I was wondering what on earth could top that lovely example of a 12c

Maybe 12c's are still increasing when 650's are falling?
12C's have bottomed out and like you say increasing but will always underpin 650S IMHO.( Unless you have chassis #001 with 100 miles on it )
Yes the gap between the 2 models has narrowed as the newer car has depreciated more but I would of thought that now 650S production has ceased and cars on the market will naturally reduce the gap may increase again.
Both are a fairly safe bet at todays prices IMHO.
With 5 650S ( that we know of on here ) sold last week alone shows the demand is there for 650S.
A lot of these sold cars will not necessarily reappear again in a hurry when the new owners appreciate what they have got so I see supply drying up in the spring whilst demand for all things McLaren continues to increase.
Happy days boys ( and girls )
I will get some pictures shortly.
My car will be 3 years old in Feb, just booked into Birmingham for a service and asked to extend the warranty at the same time. I assumed as the car would still be under warranty at the time of the service that I would not have to pay for a pre extended warranty check. Is that right? Seems as though they are charging to check the things they would check when they service the car?

As far as I am aware as long as the car has maintained it's correct services on time then that's fine.
I would not expect to pay for an inspection, sounds like they are trying it on.
Edit to add whens it booked in ? ..... next Jan I assume

I was told by one of the dealers (can't remember which one!) that the pre-warranty inspection is charged at a lower rate if carried out at same time as a service. From memory, thought it was £500?
I do think it is outrageous to charge for an inspection before extending an existing warranty, but think Porsche do the same ?
