McLaren Glasgow has just put up an ad for what I gather is the highest spec 675LT coupe in the world!

http://www.glasgow.mclaren.com/mclaren-preowned/20...

The specification is pretty extensive:

MSO Lantana Purple paintwork
Mclaren Orange embossed leather with carbon black alcantara
Carbon racing seats (touring width)
Special colour Mclaren Orange brake calipers
Stealth Exterior carbon pack inc
Visual Carbon fibre side vents
Visual Carbon fibre rear bumper
Visual Carbon fibre door mirror casings
Stealth badges Stealth wheels
Soft close doors
Electronically adjustable steering column with 'easy entry' system Vehicle lift kit
Duel zone climate control
Meridian 10 speaker sound system upgrade
Floor mats Vehicle tracking system
Indoor car cover

MSO options include following:
MSO defined exterior paint - Lantana Purple
MSO defined body coloured louvered front wings
MSO defined visual carbon fibre roof scoop (satin finish)
MSO defined carbon fibre mirror arms (satin finish)
MSO defined carbon fibre wiper system cover (satin finish)
MSO defined titanium oil and water filler caps
MSO defined carbon fibre vent bezels (satin finish)
MSO defined carbon fibre instrument cluster bezel (satin finish)
MSO defined satin black painted switches and START/STOP button
MSO defined satin Volcano Red 'handling and powertrain' bezels (satin finish)
MSO defined carbon fibre sill tops (satin finish)
MSO bespoke branded carbon fibre sill panels (satin finish)
MSO bespoke satin black header tank trim
MSO bespoke airbrake - body coloured upper surface with satin carbon fibre lower surface
MSO bespoke 'Mclaren' wording on underside of airbrake body coloured
MSO bespoke 24ct gold exhaust heat shield
MSO bespoke 'MSO Kiwi' engraved on throttle pedal
2 x MSO bespoke keys body coloured with Mclaren Orange Speedmark
2 x MSO bespoke scoop harness bar with 6 point harness

In my mind it is the closest to being an HS without actually being one nerd

I've seen the car a lot and would have it in a heartbeat but I'll have to begin saving mad

this is cute!

the car presumably won't be anything like a HS though and will weigh nearly the same as a reg 675?

It's my car, did everything I could to reduce the weight and every lightweight option like titanium filler caps and no parking sensors/reverse camera as I wanted the car to be true to its track nature not a daily for going to the shops. It is probably very close or same as an HS weight and interior wise. It also has the roof scoop, arch vents, harness bar and 6 point harnesses the HS has. In reality the only noticeable things to separate them are the different rear wing/air brake, front dive planes and my one is about half the price you'll pay for an HS. Oh and a plaque inside the door sill wink

nice! - I didn't realize the carbon options from MSO are actually genuine weight savers!

Lovely car. Why are you selling it - you just got it. Not what you hoped for?
