Fuel Tank Corrosion / Replacement

Bought a main dealer approved 570s around 6 months ago.
I’ve done 900 miles since and kept the car stored in a dehumidified garage.
My independent was looking over the car due to some noise from the ceramics under braking, turns out it’s normal.
During the inspection he found corrosion on the fuel tank, two oil leaks and 4 coolant leaks.
Not too bothered about the leaks as assume they will be covered by warranty or an easy fix. I am a bit pissed about the fuel tank corrosion though, I believe the corrosion needs to be a certain depth for McLaren to honor warranty?
Otherwise car is mint and I’ve had zero issues since purchase
Any owner expeirences out there??

The independent, who is a former McLaren master tec, said the car is in great condition and looks like it’s been garaged since new.

If Steel: I would be tempted to use a bilt hamber anti rust treatment on it and then rub it down and spray it with a 2k epoxy primer, paint then lacquer. Annual tretments of lanoguard would keep it at bay and lanoguard on its own would do a pretty good job.
If Alloy: Clean up with scotch bright pad and then seal it with lanoguard or ACF type stuff
