My delivery has been put back to its original slot - tomorrow lunchtime.

There is some confusion about it though, a guy left me a message at 2.30 saying he was just setting off with it and then at 3.00 a different guy phoned to say he is picking it up from the dealer tomorrow morning...

I will just sit back and wait to see what happens!

So how many of us now have orders in for these things? Must be half a dozen at least!

I am collecting mine at 13:00 tomorrow.

Even though it will be my first brand new car I could not be less excited, nothing exciting about saving money I suppose.

Well I got my Ecotricty card through today and I'm getting excited even though my delivery is still a couple of weeks away. If it was just about saving money I'd have kept my old diesel.

Maybe the novelty will wear off when I've been stranded a couple of times because the charger at work is broken hehe

I've got it - the dealer emailed it to me when he confirmed the order

I asked Daniel about this, he said "I've genuinely lost count"

Mine's still in Southampton. Strangely, Renault customer services aren't allowed to phone distribution... and the dealership also say that they can't. So I can only conclude distribution is staffed by royalty who prefer not to communicate with the plebs.

It's actually getting frustrating now. Over a week late and both the dealership and customer services have no clue why.

Good to hear that some are getting theirs though, means mine is just a one off.

I phoned distribution yesterday; your dealership can call them, they can be hard to get hold of but they can be called and emailed too however email can take a while to be responded too.

Time for a Zoe Owners Thread - daring tales of pushing the range, stories of ice on the inside of the windscreen, fastest speed achieved, is skinflint white the fastest colour, hunt the AM radio, does the armrest raise the residual, fastest charge time achieved, I was stranded for x at y and it ruined my z, do the bigger wheels kill the car - all to be answered by underwhelmed PH owners this xmas.

You forgot;

PH best revenge attacks on with ICE car drivers that park in charge bays. Red Bull and frozen sausages all fair game.
The Powerfully built company director in a Zoe story.
Renault are a bunch of liars and [insert expletive]. Ice blue and Energy blue are in fact the same colour, argument.

They'll send cards without knowing the reg. They sent me two so that wife and I can have one each.

I have the ecotricity card and the polar / chargemaster card too. I also have the polar and charge your car apps on my phone, still waiting on the CYC card to arrive...

I have the openchargemap app on the phone too

Anything else I should get prepared with?

Ah ta, I wonder if they know that or not. Would have thought so. I'll chase the dealership instead of customer services, who have missed ANOTHER promised call back anyway. Bless 'em...

Sooo...thought I'd dig out my old username and password to join in this thread!
I've read this whole thread and made a snap decision to go and get the deal and get my wife one of these. We have a car to sell but will do that privately so no part exchange.

I called my local dealer today stating that I'd seen a deal from Evans Halshaw - didn't mention Sheffield or any names - 2 year PCP for 7,500 miles pa with £150pm + £150 deposit.

Straight away he said he had 2 pre-registered cars outside in grey with <10 miles and he could do that same deal on them. That threw me a little as I didn't realise they were pre registered on this deal for Sheffield?

Not that it makes any difference to me really as it will be going back after 2 years.

I just wanted to check if the deal looks the same as the ones being offered by Sheffield? I really don't mind travelling to collect if its cheaper/better deal.

However, there is a very good chance I will wanting to buy two of these at the same time as I've managed to convince my sister to have one too. Will I be able to get further discount, and are there many more available from Sheffield? When I called my local dealer back, one had already sold!

I have another garage coming back to me as I've said I'll have 2 but they need to beat £150 + £150pm. They said they have 2 in pre registered, but wouldn't be able to release them until they were 3 months old (31st Jan) but could sort the deal now on them. This garage promised a call back today and haven't got back to me yet - really is a pet hate of mine so I'm now happy to look elsewhere.

The grey is £10 / £15 extra a month over 2 years so it's a good deal if you dont mind pre reg and let's be honest this isn't a Lambo / M3 / MX5 it's a shopping commuter trolley - I would have liked a colour but I'm not paying the extra so it's skinflint white for ours.
