Ooh hidden treasure - will investigate. The armrest has a coin holder but a charge card holder might be a good addition.

Driving it, well none of you have said how real world fast it is, perfect pick up and on the motorway I got to an easy 80 keeping up with other traffic but on normal urban driving I don't think much normal stuff would keep up with it .
I did a rough 0-60 test on mine using my phone timer. Did it in 11.5 seconds.
I find 0-30 is quick. 0-40 is decent but she starts to really drop off above 40. Anything upward of 40 most diesels will eat it alive.

It will do motorway speeds but it kills the battery and range. I find keeping her around 60mph is best. I was following a leaf on the A19 arounf 50mph the other day when the lane cleared up, we both went for it and poor zoe ate Leaf electonic dust lol. To be expected I suppose given its 20bhp down on the leaf.

PS - my last car was a civic type R so I am comparing it to something a lot faster!

Sun visor (driver's side) is home to my little collection of charging cards

Heater in mine only seems to put warm out of centre vents, the side vents are always cool air as far as I can work out

Yeah I noticed that when its on auto. But if you put it manual and front firing, you get heat from all four front vents.

Booted mine up a steep local hill (costs me 4 miles going up it, get 2 miles back going down) with an audi a4 tdi beside me, out torqued the audi up to 40 and wasn't embarressed up to 50 hehe

I'm interested in the noise issues some are having. Sounds to me like it may be down to RFI caused by the rectifier side of car's AC/DC/AC convertor. As this issue seems to affect a small but significant minority I wonder if there are any common factors in those installations? Please list the following info about your charger installation.

Has your charger been installed or are you using a granny lead [Y/N]:

Where your charger has been installed -
What is the make/ type of the charger e.g. British Gas/ Chargemaster, Rolec etc.:
What is the rating of your charger e.g. 16A/3kW, 32A/7kW:
Supply circuit - Is this a circuit from within your household Consumer Unit?: [Y/N]
Supply circuit - Is this a circuit from within your garage Consumer Unit?:[Y/N]
Supply circuit - is it from a dedicated circuit separate from your household and/ or garage CU e.g a separate CU with the supply taken from your supply meter tails?:[Y/N]
Do you have any florescent lights installed in your home/ garage (please detail which): [Home/ Garage/ Both]
No takers?

Getting noise through the plasma TV and induction hob - these are on separate circuits.

Nothing to add here, mines still FUBAR.

In a month of Zoe ownership I've had the car for less than two weeks.

So close to handing it back.

Nothing from City Motors. Waiting on customer care. Could be two months, could be two weeks.

Renault group MD wants customer care to update him Monday.

e most annoying thing is the supplying garage (Evans Halshaw) have been fantastic, to the point that they have offered to strip one of their cars to send the required parts to City Motors to effect a faster repair.

Renault customer care have flat refused this option.

So then, we are now up to day 33 of Zoe ownership, of which time the car has been in my custody for just 12 days!!!!

Renault's latest excuse is technically I've only had a single failure. The fasct that it was a single failure after 4 days on the first car & a single failure after 1mile on the replacement car doesn't seam to worry them.

Just rang BG again to report as no call back.

Also had 2x occasions when my downstairs power outlet circuit has tripped overnight, even with the car unplugged? Might be a transient issue in the supply but seems coincidental that it's never done it before the charge point install.

Haha. Sounds like a bullet dodged! biggrin

Insight hope you get your problems sorted soon - once your car is back and you get some miles under it's wheels I'm sure the bad taste will begin to fade..

Is that an indication that problems are commonplace?
