What efficiency is everyone getting? After 240 miles mine is showing 2.9 miles/kWh.
I reset mine today. 60mph cruise for 8 miles showed 2.7 miles/kwh. Reset it again and did some easy driving 30/40mph and got 2.5m/kwh. Before I reset it was 2.7 over 500 miles. Its the cold basically. Once it warms up it should be 3+.
Just over a week into ownership and I'm getting 3.2 mpkwh. Range is 74 miles - says 71 on start up but on a daily 54 mile round trip I have 20 miles of range left at the end. Very pleased with it so far and have even risked picking the wife up from Heathrow which required a top up charge on the way home at Beaconsfield services smile

Ah great thanks. Driven mine a bit more today, 26 miles in total. So far everything works fine. No DAB though, does any one know if I can get AM? Its quick and we like no gears.
DAB is an extra that can be postfitted. No AM. Stream it from iphone?

Great to see Spotify streams, though have to press 3 buttons each time I get in the car to get streaming...

Hi Pete, I got mine from Evans Halshaw Renault Sheffield, ask for Daniel or Nigel. Happy with it so far, best deals are on the December pre reg cars if any are still left as they had lower battery rental and free servicing. Good Luck, only issue is a loose connection on the usb port, but I have been told it is a quick fix at any dealer.

2weeks into ownership I'm seeing 2.7. Haven't seen more than 60 miles range so far, possibly due to having the heater on a lot and no home charger to use the pre heating?
Done just over 300 miles and if I understand what the cars telling me, used 113 kWh? Worked it out as the equivalent of 130+ mpg based on some dubious man maths.

So my car went back into Renault today with the following to look at.

1. Not charging at a certain Polar point - Polar reckon it's the earth leak detection being too sensitive in the Zoe and suggested it could be altered with a software update (Renault CS did actually seem to be aware of this).

Renault response = Computer says NO

2. ZE Services functionality not functioning. Unable to request AC to start, of start/stop charge etc.

Renault response = Telematics SW update - Fixed! - I was quite suprised it actually works now.

3. Whine through my plasma TV and induction hob when charging.

Renault response - Computer says NO.

So, 1 out of 3 sorted. Not great. I need to get back on to BG to come back out and check my wiring and then go back to Renault and ask them to escalate it further. The dodgy charge point could well be Polars fault but it's impossible to know without finding another ZOE to try it. Unfortunately it's the only free point we are likely to use with any frequency, fortunately it's in an Asda car park so it means not shopping there.

This is not unusual. Its difficult to explain. Last week I pulled up at 2 street charging points of a type I generally use successfully (Chargemaster). Both were fully in service. The first one accepted card etc but just would not fire up charging with the car. The second one was fine. Sometimes it's just the way it goes I find, and I am quite sure the differences in instakllation, earthing etc all play a part. I can see that the one local one not workjing can be annoying and so also recommend you report it to the service provider. Again I had a similar thing; a point that was in service wouldn't charge the Zoe. Source london reset it and it now works first time every time.

So after the car not charging and staying at the dealers I have the joys of sitting at homewaiting for British Gas to install the charge point.

Engineer meant to be here between 8 and 12.

GF just got a voicemail to say he is running late and don't be here until 4 !

Apparently he is coming from Cornwall ! Lol

Any bets in whether he actually shows or not ?

I hate British gas.

The really annoying thing is that this particular point is a Polar unit that requires you to deposit £20 credit to your account to activate your card. That's for a free point too. Polar have refunded it back anyway but I'd just rather it to have bloody worked! It can't be that hard!

Oh and the ZE services app is still crap - it accepted a request to pre-heat from my laptop but the smartphone app is still a steaming pile of merde - again - just fooking work! These little things stress me out.

Actually - just tried it (at work) and it has started pre-heating via the app. It must be the flakey mobile signal at home. It does get signal though which is weird - I wonder if it just tries once and if the car doesn't get it then tough!

Yep, same here. The laptop always seems to start the pre-heating OK but the app is a bit hit and miss. Annoyingly the temperature was -7 when it decided that it couldn't be arsed to pre-heat the car this week frown

Just had a call from Enterprise rental, even though my car looks unlikely to arrive today Renault have said they won't pay for a loan car for any longer.

A rather cross call to Renault & it's sorted. It really shouldn't be this hard should it?
