Pisses me off, this is the car to replace the one that had battery meltdown.

Two from two with major faults so far.

Confidence destroyed.

You know that nice feeling when you get a new car, if that wasn't destroyed enough by taking delivery of the first Zoe with a dent in it & flaky Renault badge, then this has done the trick.

This is the first brand new car I've had in years, and the excitement is ruined.

At least you have had a drive of sorts, they are giving me a free armrest and it sat the dealer Thursday, will get it saturday
Yeah, 4 days in the first, under a mile in the second. Reassuring!!!!

City Motors Bristol are "looking at the wiring loom". Yeah, that'll be what causes this noise then.....

Blue intens arrived yesterday. My wife just out in it for the first time she looked like it was her first time ever driving!

Any tips on getting the keyless go to work? It has worked once for me, since then nothing. Won't lock when we walk away or unlock with either key, have to use the fob.

Insured with quotemehappy for £260 with 3 drivers. Will consider the gap issue on renewal!
If you unlock using the key fob, rather than by pressing the little black button on the door handle you have to lock with the key fob.

Both of mine have interfered with my microwave. Apparently there is no fix it's something to do with the A/C charging unit built into the car.

Nothing to add here, mines still FUBAR.

In a month of Zoe ownership I've had the car for less than two weeks.

So close to handing it back.

Nothing from City Motors. Waiting on customer care. Could be two months, could be two weeks.

Renault group MD wants customer care to update him Monday.

e most annoying thing is the supplying garage (Evans Halshaw) have been fantastic, to the point that they have offered to strip one of their cars to send the required parts to City Motors to effect a faster repair.

Renault customer care have flat refused this option.

So then, we are now up to day 33 of Zoe ownership, of which time the car has been in my custody for just 12 days!!!!

Renault's latest excuse is technically I've only had a single failure. The fasct that it was a single failure after 4 days on the first car & a single failure after 1mile on the replacement car doesn't seam to worry them.

Is that an indication that problems are commonplace?

Just had a call from Enterprise rental, even though my car looks unlikely to arrive today Renault have said they won't pay for a loan car for any longer.

A rather cross call to Renault & it's sorted. It really shouldn't be this hard should it?

Assuming I get the car back today this weekend will be the first weekend that the Zoe has to perform as a real car.

we've sold the wife's Honda Jazz, the Mini 5dr isn't here until the 1st March, the campers being re-fitted & the 4th car is a two seater, so time for the Zoe to step up to the mark.

Just had an email from Renault PR, they want to interview me as to what would make somebody doing my job by a Zoe in order to run a story.......

Now let me see.
