Not exactly surprising in this day and age but it gets to me when they can't give you the courtesy of a simple telephone call.

Same experience here. Phoned on Friday to do the deal - was told that they had stock etc, they would call back to finalise deal. Never did!

And I had exactly the same experience as well! Called up, told I would be contacted and then was ignored.

My thoughts exactly. The real reason for the excuses was because I opted for the pcp and clearly they could not be bothered as the tone of the conversation changed as soon as it was mentioned. If you advertise a car deal at £x per month and the deal is ridiculous, then don't be surprised when perspective customers ring up asking for it.

Unbelievable - regardless of the deal, I wouldn't give them the custom after that!
