However Wilsons in Surrey (nowhere near me, but had a tip off) are doing a silly deal on a 30kwh, £600 deposit, only 5k a year mileage, but at £199 a month. Doubt my local dealer can beat it (they are a bit useless by reputation) but going to give them the chance before I go and have a day trip to Epsom.
£5400 over 2 years seems to be much better than the alternatives. If in your position (I will be again in Feb/March 2017) I'd have a good look at the Zoe to decide whether the extra 6Kwh and (from what I hear) slightly more refined / luxurious car is worth the additional cost. If you are planning to drive it back any considerable distance from Surrey, make sure you have your Ecotricity (and / or other) card in advance so you don't end up stranded on your first journey!

Zoe is out (not that I ever considered it anyway really, its just a bit small for my needs), the rear with the seats down is still too small to get bikes in the back without both wheels off. And I bike a lot.If you are planning to drive it back any considerable distance from Surrey, make sure you have your Ecotricity (and / or other) card in advance so you don't end up stranded on your first journey!

To be fair, they took my first call (just me ringing out of the blue) and have returned others, which is more than can be said for my local dealer in Shrewsbury (on my third attempt to speak to someone, they really are useless). AndyWoodall said:

Local dealer is doing £199 up front & £199 a month for 6k miles for 24 monthshttp://www.charleshurstgroup.co.uk/electric-hybrid...
Part of the lookers group.
Well, after a 4 day test drive in a 30kwh Tekna went to do the numbers today.
Have ended up with one for 203 a month, 500 down, 6k miles a year. Only compromise...it'll be red. Not my first choice but wasn't willing to pay another £20 a month to have it in grey or white when the aim was to have it as a cheap commuting car.
Still, have been googling red ones and I don't think it looks too bad...
Think it looks rather nice in this owners picture actually...

Hi Folks,
Considering picking up a used 14-plate Leaf Acenta, gen 1.5 so 13 onwards. I can see that there is a lot of supply so what sort of discount should I be looking to negotiate considering I would be a cash buyer with no trade in?
We managed a good deal by having a trade in, and taking PCP. I think the days are gone when you get a discount for cash...Considering picking up a used 14-plate Leaf Acenta, gen 1.5 so 13 onwards. Thanks for the reply, I understand that dealers like getting the extras from finance etc but thought they'd be happy with no part ex to mess about with!
Yeah, it probably helps, they massaged our trade-in to get to the numbers we were happy with, but that was probably a factor of the PCP than the trade-in. As the PCP was 0% it didn't bother us one way or another.andrewrob said:

I would get the oldest cheapest battery included Leaf you ca get and run it into the ground - cheapest motoring you will ever have.
The first generation leaf have the electronic handbrake and they can produce huge bills when they goI'm guessing there will be a fair few of us on here that took advantage of the excellent Leaf deals available in March 2015 with a 2 year PCP. What are your plans when the car goes back in March next year?
We do fancy another Leaf but having quickly looked at the costs of taking on another 2year PCP for one, the maths just don't add up. We will have paid around £4500 over 2 years for the current car, dealers are quoting circa £7k for a similar deal today.
Are we likely to see Nissan heavily supporting deals again on a new Leaf before March 2017?
