Someone asked me today if I got the electric car " because it is cheap & you are tight "
I did only get the Zoe back in Dec 14 because it was cheap. I knew it would be ok for bumbling about in, but the main factor in the decision was the £153 / mth & 2ppm
However, it turned out to be a really good car & after only a few hundred miles, I was certain it would be replaced with another EV when the time came
The i3 isn't as cheap, but it isn't expensive as cars go. And I am tight.
So yes, I got the electric car because it is cheap & I am tight, but also because it is a nice car to drive & does what I need it to do very well. The only part of the green benefits I recognise is that it doesn't cause local air pollution when in use

I've become extremely interested in this 94Ah i3, so much so that I plan to view one at my local dealership tomorrow.
I've seen the PCP offer on the BMW website for £300 pcm, 8k miles p.a. but I'd like to know; are you able to negotiate for them to give a larger deposit contribution or to reduce the cost price of the car?

I am hardly an expert in this field but when I leased my second i3, I just found the cheapest lease deal online and showed it to my BMW dealer. He then said we are allowed to match these now - so I got it from them direct.I've seen the PCP offer on the BMW website for £300 pcm, 8k miles p.a. but I'd like to know; are you able to negotiate for them to give a larger deposit contribution or to reduce the cost price of the car?
BMW dealer delivered it, deal is through Alphabet.
