180 charging points across a city with not far off 10m inhabitants. Great news.

Wow, perfect, a few streets in the biggest city will now have charging points. Future.
So starting somewhere is pointless. Are you saying this should be an all or nothing affair???

No, it just shows up the limitations of the EV.

a start is just a start. I'll be rejoicing when something like the OP is taken up on a larger scale.

I'm not saying this is bad, it's good. But acting like all the problems have just been swooped away and the future is "now"? Nah, not for me

Seriously, you need to fill it up with petrol how often?!! I just feed my horse some hay, no need to pay someone god knows how much to fill up. There isnt even one of those fancy new stations anywhere near me, what if I run out on the way to the station eh? I cant see these motor vehicles catching on to be honest ...

A sad attempt at being funny and to call people out as luddites for legitimate criticisms over the current state EVs, and aren't just saying "lol their st".

But carry on, please.
