I wasn’t aware anyone had one in the uk. That could end up being an expensive ornament.

I would imagine production has stopped already
Production has ceased: https://qz.com/fisker-ocean-production-bankruptcy-...Presently they have filed for bankruptcy protection, a holding measure to avoid a bankruptcy order being enforced to allow them time to try and resolve affairs themselves.
In reality the only delay in filing for bankruptcy will be the legal bods scrabbling to find a way to do so that best presents the situation and protects the operators of the company as best as possible. It's pretty clear that no one wants to 'rescue' a brand that is so short lived and troubled. The Chinese already bought what they wanted from Fiskers first effort as a car manufacturer, and they didn't want keep the brand back then, just the tooling and ability to continue to make cars they could make quite cheaply.
I think Fisker has already had it's phoenix from the flames moment, and can now be consigned to history.
If you do happen to own one, probably best to keep the miles low and protect it for the future, where sheer rarity and the fact most people will never have heard of it, might add some £ value..

There's been over 350 registered in the UK! Funnily enough in the same car park I saw a Grenadier, first one I'd seen on the roads. That is also massive. Less unexpected to see that though, as the car park in question is only a couple of hundred meters from a dealership for them (Jardine, selling Aston Martin and Grenadier)

I don't know how much of the venture which produced the Fisker Karma (Fisker Automotive) went into this new venture - I reckon Henrik himself is the only thing in common. Henrik Fisker didn't own any part of Fisker Automotive so not much of a phoenixing operation going on with this latest thing. Anyway, this may be the last time.....Geeta Gupta-Fisker said:
But Geeta is also mindful of the risks if things don’t go right for the new company. “Henrik and I will never get a job after if this fails, we are done,” she says. “We're not doing this to get rich. We're doing this because we want to make an amazing company that makes amazing cars. We want to make really cool green cars, affordable cars.”
