Maybe you're the person to get some meets going there in Jersey? We now have a monthly meet in Guernsey where all can turn up with whatever motor they think appropriate, for general chat (yes, mostly about cars) coffee and/or breakfast. Our pre-full meet saw about 40 people turn up so hopefully our first full meet will encourage more.

You can't please everyone so we have gone from 09:00 - 11:00 Sunday morning, 2nd weekend in the month.

A very recently formed Guernsey PistonHeads comms page has really helped with getting the communication and interaction going.

I was up at Bouley for a couple of hours today. Glad the weather held out but it was bitter with that wind. I've just put my entry in for Liberation Day so fingers crossed for good weather then too.

Happy to do a meet sometime in Jersey.

Maybe Jersey could do as we have in Guernsey and just offer a time and date and venue (we have used a public car park) for people to just come along. Our third full meet was on Sunday and about 85 cars turned up. Great cars and folks. We organised a buttie/tea van which did a roaring trade. Cars from a Fiat 500 to a Ferrari 458 Speciale. Using our comms tool, Guernsey PistonHeads on Facebook, proved pivotal and that's where most of the comms takes place with over 300 members.

I am a bit manic at the mo getting the car sorted for Liberation Day however should be free for a couple of hours on 10th May to catch up.

Maybe us beans should start a fresh thread with a regular place to meet up? Le Braye is always a good shout (apart from the extortionately priced coffee!)
