Particularly liked the R8 GT
Me too. When he spent about 10 minutes flicking through the user manual trying to work out how to do launch control as he left before eventually just driving off in first? Not so much... Flat rev x 5, queues building behind, crowds gather expectantly.......drive off slowly.

and the green yank barge (can't remember what it was).
Plymouth Fury. It won, easily! The Cerb was nice too (not the black one that looks like it has never seen polish or any kind of care and attention (but fair play for using it), but the other one to the left as you went in.Thanks for the kind comments about my Plymouth.
I thought the Event really captured the varied nature of Cars that make it to LM and am looking forward to seeing some more at the Classic Service.
In the name of blatant self promotion here's a Piccie of me and the Fury trying to look moody up at Dunlop in 2011.

Bah Humbug! Drove my Cobra 2049 miles over the last week from Aberdeen to Le Mans. Attended the CBW and this event, all "sans roof" Must have had the car photographed hundreds if not thousands of times, but so far the only photo I have found on the web is from our brilliant resident photographer at BsM
Oh well, will see if the '34 Rolls fares any better in a couple of weeks time!
Edit: Typical, the next thread I opened after posting this was the PH 24 Heures one and there is my cobra in the lead photo. Proof I made it does exist!

Same boat here, drove my Griff from Munich to UK (14 hours all roof off) then to LM, all stickered up, no photos anywhere
Same last year, that's 2 PH LM meets and no photo's , don't know why I bother sometimes

Were you on the road on Thursday? We saw you on the Autoroute I think. Looked and sounded lovely - we were the PH convoy; Garlick's TVR, an S4 and a Merc E class estate, all stickered up.Oh well, will see if the '34 Rolls fares any better in a couple of weeks time!
