If not, what is the point? How much lighter are they and does it make a difference you can actually feel/measure?

Not a Porsche expert so is this a case of style over substance?

Manual roof, but up or down it only takes 60 seconds.

What's the point... Save weight. One of a few things done to create a lighter more focused boxster.

I think it does make a fair difference. Looks better also.

The reviews, opinions generally regard it as a great drivers car.

Wasn't going this year because I couldn't get time off work. Then after a mad conversation the other Friday when a mate was down, we are now going out 4 up in his Shelby on the 0630 train Saturday morning and returning Sunday night. Can't wait.

Were you parked in Expo?

Parked mine up close by on the Sunday. Also a red Spyder using Expo also.

Never seen so many in one place.
