On Monday they rang me to say they had a cancellation, et voila (if only the French had a word for that...)

Hi, i have two hotels rooms available for le mans. I booked the two doubles for me and my brother but I can't go now as the wife is due later in June. I went to Silverstone instead (very wet and cold). I have been to le mans the last 3 years and I'm really going to miss it this year.
If you have tried to book a hotel for le mans you know how hard it is, so it seems a waste to give these revervations up. They are in the Premier class le mans west which is in le mans close to the tram that runs to the circuit. The rooms are booked from the 12 of June to the 16th (Thurs to Mon). I have booked the rooms on my credit card so it should be an easy job to change the name on the booking. I am open to offers for these. You will still have to pay the room rate which is Eur 43.60 per night. If i don't get an offer for these in the next week or so I'll just cancel them.

I'm very much interested in these 2 rooms, but the mechanics of altering the booking seems problematical. Have you actually paid any money to the hotel, or is it just a reservation with your plastic and if the latter, how would we alter it to me? Presumably we would have to contact the hotel to do so. And will they allow that? It may be best to talk this through. I'm new here so do we go to PM and swap phone numbers? Please do get in touch so we can proceed.

Due to my car still being rebuilt and not looking good for Le Mans, I'm hoping to shift my crossing. An expensive crossing but a bloody good one at that. Think this cost me £323.
