Another gutted person here who now can't go.
Pitch sold but I do have a hotel room in Rouen for Mon 8th in the unlikely event anyone can use it, suite at Novotel Normandie with secure underground parking.
Also, chunnel for Mon 8th at 11.20 returning on Mon 15th at 21.20, names/passports not confirmed yet so transferrable. £136.

For those of you who are perhaps looking for a Houx numbered or non numbered pitch, I have a Thomas Cook Airtrack half pitch (for tent only, car would have to be parked around the corner at Houx (free), or over the bridge in the ACO car park) for two people. Those of you less familiar, the site is immediately in front of Houx (between Houx and the Bugatti track and bridge to the village). Just walk out of Airtrack, swing a left and you're through the bottom (un secured) entry to your friends at Houx. There are always plenty of places to park just inside the Houx fence. You can drive into the Airtrack site to load/unload without problem as the passes include wristbands. Airtrack has far superior facilities to Houx, including cleaner and far superior washrooms and toilets. Airtrack also has FULL security on site, it's own bar marquee with TV and phone hook-ups and a restaurant with good food. A 5 minute walk over the bridge and you are in the middle of the circuit village. Site is available from Wednesday thru to Monday. Paid £278. I will take £180 and that includes the £40 Thomas (fecking) Cook are gonna charge me to change the name :rangę:

Hi,
I have a space at White Rabbit Racing's private campsite "Area 24" for sale.
They sell camping by car space as opposed to individual campers. So potentially this can accommodate up to four campers (in one car).
Its an excellent facility which has been a firm favorite for members of my group for several years. Within easy walking distance of Arnarge Village and Maison Blanche. As you can see from the website (below) this site offers the amenities which are lacking from many of the commercial sites, Hot! Showers, Clean! toilets, plenty of space, a place to charge your phone and a club house (seriously a club house!).

In all seriousness its a great place to stay, nice and relaxed, friendly people and convenient for the track whilst not being on the track....
So why am I offering this fantastic opportunity to the good people of Pistonheads? Well a couple of my more flakey friends have pulled out last minute, and for a variety of reasons I have elected to jump in with some friends (also going to WRR).
So how much will it cost? Well I paid £300 for the space so I am trying to recoup that money, however I could be open to offers...... Guy (the chap from WRR) tells me that it has to be sold by Thursday as that's when he finalises the list. So please contact me if you are interested.
