When I do get through to the ticket office, I seem to get two recorded messages and then it cuts off.

I'm really fed up.
You are not alone, that is what I get as well smile

There were no Maison Blanche campsite tickets on sale today. As usual, ACO screwed their best and most loyal fans and sold the best tickets to the agencies.
With Tom Kristensen few Danes will be going next year, so i hope ACO takes a big fall on that. They way they treat the fans, they have it coming.

P.s. did manage to buy 3 grandstand tickets, but without the membership discount. It "had already been used"???? wtf!!
Any prejudice you ever heard about the French and their lack of logical thinking or efficiency - its all true!!!

I once has a Peugeot. Everything in it failed, except the engine which was built by BMW (Peugeot 205 CC, 1,6 turbo)

We're sorted for Mulsanne camping. The first time I will be that far away from the start/finish and village :-/

Spoken to someone again.

Big problems apparently... Oh really.

Couldn't book ticket over the phone, I need to send an email.

Also told its lunch so it seems everyone has downed tools at the ACO!

I logged in seconds after the start, MB never came up in the Bleu listings. Must have been all the ticketing guys getting the allocations

For sure ACO gave away all the best tickets to the agencies. They could care less about us regular customers.
25 years of going to LM, 25 years of agony dealing with "Le Billetterie".

I managed to login OK, no issues using my email and password. As I said in the other thread, when it came to delivery it said my chosen delivery option (secure delivery, Europe) wasn't valid for the delivery country (United Kingdom). In the end I selected collection from site - will try to get that changed at some point as I like the excitement of getting the UPS envelope!

Well I can log into my ACO membership fine, but I am unable to log onto the ticketing website using the same details

I have tried setting up a different logon but with same email address and this appears to be accepted but just keeps sending me back to the same page all the time http://ticket.lemans.org/pre-home-site

Any ideas or are others seeing the same as me, I have been trying on and off all day!

Spoken to them again.

There are major computer issues. Even if your details are correct logging in, it won't work.

Repeated to keep trying the phone line or just send an email.

This could be such a simple process but each year it is a drama.

It must have cost me a fortune today, speaking to people and getting no where, and on other occasions holding when I thought I was through to then be cut off.

Shambles.

I don't like to just moan about the ACO for the sake of it, but their organisation and capability in certain areas that should be be so simple, tried, tested and efficient are just utterly incompetent.

I have taken the day off, eventually, to keep tryng but have now given up so it really does look like Eurosport and Radio LM next year, thus saving myself about a grand - so not too bad.

I've been a supporter of the ACO, resisting the good old slagging they often get, but today that is shattered.

I took work off also. Dedicated all day just for getting tickets for next years race!

It has been a frantic attempt all day to get the tickets.

A proper complaint is going to be written.

I just hope I can still get the tickets I was after. I have given up for the day now.

Seems only having a gripe about not being able to get the tickets delivered makes me very lucky today. I got onto the site really easily and managed to get the tickets I wanted without an issue. Only wanted general admission tickets and a car park ticket for Parking Blanc but could have got grandstand and camping tickets too.

Just checked again and I can still get onto the tickets section of the site. There are plenty of grandstand seats left at the moment if that is any consolation for those who haven't managed to book today. Campsites are looking pretty full except Beausejour - Houx and Houx Annexe Club have 5 places each left right now.

What is the point in ACO membership? Really disappointed.

Well done! I've just tried again this morning and still can't get into the ticketing site. Could you just please confirm that you accessed the site from this page: http://www.lemans.org/en/tickets_3_2_1783.html, and that when you click on "ACO Members" at the bottom you are taken to a page which asks for your surname, first name and ACO membership number. Or do you start from this page: http://www.24h-lemans.com/en/program/tickets-infor... and click, say, on "Week General Enclosure 75€" to be taken to the same surname, first name, membership no page? Whichever route I take leads me to this page: http://ticket.lemans.org/pre-home-site. Clicking "Sign In" and entering either my ACO or ticketing details either produces an "ID or password incorrect" message or just cycles me back to the same page. Is this what everyone else is experiencing?

That is quite extraordinary. I have tried for Houx for many years now, and sometimes got into the ticketing site quite early to find Houx sold out. I have never seen availability online during the "members only" phase. This must demonstrate how few people are actually managing to get access to the site.
