Lucky you.. Still no joy here.

I am picturing a ticket office with 2-3 people sat around as many phones because I find it incredible that phoning the ticket office on so many occasions has got me no where.

This is really pissing me off now.

Well done! I've just tried again this morning and still can't get into the ticketing site. Could you just please confirm that you accessed the site from this page: http://www.lemans.org/en/tickets_3_2_1783.html, and that when you click on "ACO Members" at the bottom you are taken to a page which asks for your surname, first name and ACO membership number. Or do you start from this page: http://www.24h-lemans.com/en/program/tickets-infor... and click, say, on "Week General Enclosure 75€" to be taken to the same surname, first name, membership no page? Whichever route I take leads me to this page: http://ticket.lemans.org/pre-home-site. Clicking "Sign In" and entering either my ACO or ticketing details either produces an "ID or password incorrect" message or just cycles me back to the same page. Is this what everyone else is experiencing?
I like you have never seen any page asking for surname, first name and ACO membership number whatever route I take I always get the same page http://ticket.lemans.org/pre-home-site

Whatever I do from here either gives me wrong username/password or cycles back to the same page http://ticket.lemans.org/pre-home-site

I have a feeling the people who are finding this easy have done this before as an ACO member and already have their ACO membership assigned to their ticketing account whereas this is the first time I have tried as an ACO member and have not had a ticketing account prior to this.

Is this the case foe those that are being successful?
Has anyone managed to get to the page that asks for surname, first name and ACO membership number?

I must have called the ticketing line at least 100 times yesterday to get the same messages "all our lines are busy" or something like that!!!

Just got through to the ticket office!! Tickets ordered!!

Limited number of tribune 18 left now.

It does sound like a small operation going on there.

Keep up the calls, persistence will pay off.

I'd keep up this route if the internet option isn't working. In answer to the last post, I've been a member for a few years and ordered tickets online, but still computer says noooo. So I don't think it's a new member issue.

Good to know there are at least some people there answering the calls....

Were you seeing the same pages that I was seeing online or were you seeing something different?

Yeah, I seriously think it is an office with 2-3 people taking calls. As hard as they work, there is only so many calls they can handle, hence just getting lucky. There's definitely no proper queuing system. If no lines free you just get an automated message and cut off to then call back.

No matter what I did online I just got password incorrect. I was told you just need your email and password. I don't know if you're led further to input membership number and names if you get past the first bit.

If you can't get in online, I would only sporadically check it and just persist with phoning the ticket office.

Houx and Houx Annexe Club have 5 places each left right now.
That is quite extraordinary. I have tried for Houx for many years now, and sometimes got into the ticketing site quite early to find Houx sold out. I have never seen availability online during the "members only" phase. This must demonstrate how few people are actually managing to get access to the site.
Sorry for delayed reply and glad to see you have got some tickets. I went to this page - http://www.lemans.org/en/tickets_3_2_1783.html - and then clicked on the ACO Members link at the bottom of the page. That took me to this page - http://ticket.lemans.org/pre-home-site - from where I clicked on Sign In and it asked for my login and password. My login is my email address. That then takes me to this page - http://ticket.lemans.org/home-site - from which I was able to order the tickets. Still plenty of grandstand tickets left, nothing showing for Houx now, maybe some for Epinettes camping and no restriction on Beausejour at the moment.

Yippee - success.
I followed the link above and just went round in circles, it wouldn't accept my email and password.
So I phoned 0033 243 40 8000 and after about 5 attempts spoke to a lovely woman (in French initially who then asked if I preferred to speak in English) and got 2 X T18, 2 X entrance and a Parking Blanc ticket.
Spookily this morning I received a letter from the ACO saying my membership had run out. I paid in August so I had to phone to check they had received it just in case this was the reason I couldn't get on the website. It wasn't and I still can't.
I curse Ticketmaster with their booking fees but it's a lot less stressful than this.

Usual chaos, same every year, why do they change the ticketing system each year and it never works. This year is the worse I can remember in the past 11 years. However I did manage to speak to a very helpful lady at the ACO just after they opened and managed to order the tickets I wanted. I paid for them in full using my credit card and she said I would receive an email confirmation. I know the money has been transferred yesterday at 9:45 but so far no email. Has anyone who did manage to speak to the ACO office and paid for tickets received an email confirmation? Unfortunately I did not get any reference numbers

I was told I'd get a confirmation email in a few days with details of my ticket downloads.

I got a reference no. but I asked for it. The lady did say the email would take 2-3 days to come.

I got the stand I wanted, just not the seats I'd earmarked. But still got where I wanted generally.

I do hope next year is somewhat smoother.

Has anyone bothered having the tickets sent out? I thought why bother paying €20 odd euros more instead of the e-ticket. No old ticket to have floating around for several years in a draw now though!

Jeez Im glad I wasnt the only one struggling with my username and password. Like many others i tried every combination and clicked the "forgotten password" but no joy so ended up calling. Got through pretty quickly and the very pleasant lady on the phone explained they have been having issues... No kidding ! Anyway booked my four through her in Lagache Tribune and all sorted now :-). Saved 22euros UPS charge by requesting e-tickets.. Just hope they turn up !

Simply a note for anyone wondering whether to pay for ticket postage or not - I collected mine on site last year and it was a very painless process...took me about 5 minutes on the Thursday.

This is the second year I've had problems with on-line booking. A couple of years ago Internet Explorer wouldn't work on the site so I used Firefox (as suggested by this forum)which then worked without any problems. Last year on-line I had my tickets within 5 minutes. Usually I don't have any problems although next year I'll be prepared.

I also finally got through on the phone this morning and so am relieved to be sorted. Fortunately, I was not after a campsite pitch, and I was able to get the grandstand seats I wanted. I've gone for the e-tickets, which I was told I'll get next week. No idea what my phone bill will be for 30 calls to listen to the recorded messages. Probably exceeds the members' discount on the tickets. At last I can start looking forward to June.

You should have used Planet Numbers (or any of the others who offer good rates) as it is only 1p per minute to call France.

Like others, the website has recognised I'm a member of the ACO and then tells me I do not qualify for members' advance booking and discounts! So I tried the phone and after maybe 10 attempts got through and ordered the GE, tribune and parking tickets that I wished for. I was even asked where we'd like to be seated in the tribune! I also opted for home delivery. So, all set after 2+ days frustration with the website.

In fact, I was first asked if I had sent ACO an e-mail complaining about the website, and I said I hadn't. I was then told they have received 100s of such e-mails: no surprise there.
