OK - still can't login.

No emails to confirm password.

No response to email request, in French with full details, for tickets.

Phoned - got through at last - said my French isn't good, can I speak to someone who speaks English please - cut me off.

Not a sign of an apology.

Just gone in as a member of the general public and the web site and ticketing system seems superb. Shame that it wasn't up and running on Tuesday for us ACO members

All sorted, but I had to switch to Chrome for the website to display & function ok.

Initially tried with old versions of IE and Firefox which didn't work, so upgrade to the latest version of your chosen browser would be my advice, if you're having any difficulties.

But then, having chosen UPS delivery to elsewhere in Europe for E22, it said my United Kingdom address wasn't in Europe so I couldn't have them delivered that way - evidently we've already left the EU... smile

But switching to electronic delivery was accepted, saved me E22, and allowed me to download the pdf of the tickets from my account immediately after payment had been completed.

Just been on as general public and created another account with a sensible login name and password, I can never remember which mobile number I used last time. Booked my tickets ( GE, Panorama and Parking Rouge)and selected the "billet electronique" and just downloaded the print at home pdf. Saved €22 smile

Countdown can begin. woohoo

Also two days ago I bought some Poverty Pork. JPEGS will follow in another place if we ever get some sun.

rlw,

When I booked by phone yesterday, I thought I got through because I got a voice rather than engaged tone, but all it was was a recorded message in French saying all operators were busy and after hanging on for a bit I got another message in French saying I was being disconnected. After redialling maybe a dozen times I eventually got through to the very nice English speaking Carolina and ordered what I wanted.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We acknowledge receipt of your email and will get back to you as soon as possible.

For Le Mans 24 Hours 2015, we cannot proceed to the bookings received by email in real time. Therefore, we highly recommend that you book your tickets directly via our website www.24h-lemans.com/en/. In that case, please let us know in order to avoid duplications.

Moreover, we will not accept incomplete bookings by e-mail. Please reiterate your order if you have forgotten any of these details: name, first name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, ACO membership number(s), number and detail of the requested tickets.

Best regards,

rlw

Well, well, well.

Tried again and asked for a password reminder and was sent, immediately, a new, very long anc complicated login and password.
Logged in but couldn't make the ticket buying page work at first but it did eventually. Of course, only the crap seats and parking left by now but the Wollek stand will be a new, and cheaper, experience. Booked Parcing Vert but not sure thats what I've actually got but heigh-ho.

Very hacked off with the ACO but a profuse apology would probably appease me somewhat. I won't be holding my breath.

Absolute fking shambles and no ACO stand seats will ps off my OH. Year 35 booked and it had better be good or there won't be a 36.

rlw,

I did the same yesterday and got a long login..maybe 25 letters, numbers etc. It still did not work.

I have to say that when I eventually spoke to the ACO yesterday I was given the impression that there were lots of seats available in nearly all the grandstands, although I was also told that T1, Tetre Rouge, was not yet available, which is rather odd.

Some how managed to book 6 Blu Nord tickets as an ACO Member within an hour of the website opening on Tuesday... Well chuffed.... but not for long.

Asked the ACO to ensure that the 6 pitches were next to each other, the sort of thing you take for granted when ordering 6 tickets in a single transaction...

You've guessed correctly, you have 4 together and the other 2 somewhere else and they said that they won't change the allocation even though the tickets haven't been issued... pathetic!!! furiousconfused

Yep, I know I should be grateful to have any tickets at all.... but honestly, they are hopeless.... banghead

I had that problem in terms of booking delivery - I chose collection from site as I quite like the official tickets and should get the windscreen holder for the car park ticket that way.

Looking at the public site now, all the main pit straight stands are full or virtually full.

The ones towards the ends of the pit lane on either end are showing lots of available seats. Dunlop full, but the one next to it has loads of space.

I just wish I could have logged on at the very start of Tuesday to pick the seats in the ACO stand, but it's done now anyway.

Booked the ferry today.. Black Friday 20% off which was a bonus.

Rubbish. Doesn't remember my password even though I've been ordering from them for 6 years. As a non-ACO member, even attempting to create a new account, the form doesn't accept a correctly entered DOB or as postcode more than 6 characters (like most UK postcodes). This is terrible execution.

Apart from ringing them, any tips on getting through via web with a new account? What's the electronic ticket all about then?

Ben.
