I'm a member of the ACO and phoned to get my booking, all went well. No confirmation by email yet. Maybe we should be looking at our personal account space on the ACO website to see if our transactions are recorded there.

Rubbish. Doesn't remember my password even though I've been ordering from them for 6 years. As a non-ACO member, even attempting to create a new account, the form doesn't accept a correctly entered DOB or as postcode more than 6 characters (like most UK postcodes). This is terrible execution.

Apart from ringing them, any tips on getting through via web with a new account? What's the electronic ticket all about then?

Ben.
I couldn't get on with my old ID (mobile number) and password so I created a new one. The postcode thing is just Eurocentric myopia not realising we have up-to eight characters in Blighty. I just put in the first half. Are you sure you are entering the DOB correctly? mm/dd/yyyy

The e-ticket is a print at home pdf. When you roll up to the gate the chap/chapess with the scanner scans the bar-code and in you go.

I had the very same issues until I changed the browser I was using on my Mac. Try a couple of different browsers.

Yes, got an email with my e-tickets late last week. About 2 weeks after I called.

Sent an e-mail to the relevant address earlier today requesting some form of notification that all's well with my order, placed on 27 November, other than it's on my credit card bill. Hope to get an invoice with all the details soon.

At least I have a customer and booking reference numbers.

I am not an ACO member, but like everyone else, I found that my passwords etc that I have used for years no longer work and could not re-register (dob-mm/dd/yyyy, postcode and email address not accepted). After much trying and swearing, I managed to get the "forgot password" button to work, when I kept the site in French rather than English. ACO emailed a new user name and password, none of which worked.
I only wanted parking in white as I might not be able to go and they won't refund after a couple of weeks, so it was damage limitation as I can buy entrance tickets when I arrive.
Got straight through on the phone this morning and the lady was excellent and gave me the reference number and the parking space number without me asking for them.
She said the email should be sent in the New Year.

Not sure if this has been answered before but.....

Bought camp and 2 GE tickets, and took the option of paying for ACO membership at the same time giving the discount.
However, I;ve not received any ACO paperwork or membership details - does this come with the tickets? ... what if I need it to purchase further tickets between now and the despatch date - which, if i recall, is pretty close to the race dates.
