It's that time of year again to play login and password roulette!

Normally the experience has been largely pain free I've found.... But as happens here every year, a thread to vent frustrations at the ACO or rejoice at tickets purchased.

Ticket office still not open... They're late!

I can't even login to the site using the id and password that worked at 9.25 - wrong password. What? And the email they promised hasn't arrived yet either..

fking incompetents. If the RAH can sell out in two minutes why can't the ACO make this work properly?

Is the login for tickets the usual email and password or the ACO number and password? Either way, the email is not happening to tell me.

Done and dusted by 9:35, managed to log on at 9:25. Amazed! only problem was the mailing address, validate it before you change the mailing address if you want one that is different from your account.

I did log into my account a few weeks ago and found I could not get in using Chrome on the works computer, but it worked fine using explorer.

I'm still getting the ticket office closed message. Not even at the point of logging in.

Now fired up a lap top instead of apple and this gets me to a log in bit.

Tried the passwords I know, but no joy.

Are people putting in their email and the password which would get them onto their accounts in the autoclub site or are they using their D100 type number of their membership cards, along with some password?

I'm using all possible combinations and nothing seems to work. It seems the system's at fault not us.

Yep.. This is useless. I've always managed to sort tickets but I don't know why it is always such a complete pain with different log in, passwords etc.

It really is looking like last year was the last one - I just can't be arsed with this and the all the stress.

Same thing here, I'm posting from France and it doesn't work. I tried to call the ACO but it didn't work as well!

I still haven't got anywhere either. The contact form on the website is broken as well!

I've decided, that despite having booked a nice farmhouse only 30 mins away from the track, i'll follow it on tv with a nice glass of wine and some French sticks and cheese biggrin

/edit - I agree with the above, I think last year might have been my last. it just seems to be a bigger hassle every year trying to get tickets (especially for me, as I'm disabled, so need to get myself decent grandstand tickets so I have somewhere to sit down!)

When I do get through to the ticket office, I seem to get two recorded messages and then it cuts off.

I'm really fed up.
