Not 100% sure if my son will be accompanying us for LM 2015. So, as usual, I'm ordering our tickets in advance, and just need to check with you guys, that we can still pick a GE ticket up for him at the circuit, on Thursday before quali. There always seems to be a line of people talking to a hole in the wall near the parking blanc entrance, so assume this is the ticket office.

Queues can be quite bad for GA tickets late afternoon / early evening on the Thursday as thats when the locals come in.
It's best to buy one earlier in the day / week if possible. smile

Thanks chaps, we won't get there 'till Thursday. I'm sure he won't mind standing in line, while we go and get a beer smile

Ah, just a thought, can you get the GE tickets from Arnage or Mulsanne on Thursday, or is it only at the main circuit ?

AFAIK, anywhere there is a ticket booth. Beausejour, Arnage, Mulsanne, Maison Blanche, Main Entrance by Museum, Antares entrance and the Acceuil Generale office (but this is a pain in the rectum to get to now).

Would avoid the Actisud option to get tickets if you can, took ages to drive there and back from the circuit to replace a stolen ticket as it's not actually at the circuit.

I get mine on here, in the buy and swap section closer to the date. You can get a good deal.

Thanks for the replies chaps, sorry to be a pain, but can anyone say for definite if tickets can be had from Arnage/Mulsanne. Reason for asking again is that we get there Thursday, and drive in from our Gite near Laval, and usually 'do' both corners only for quali, so if we can't pick one up at either we'll have to do the first session at the main track. Not a problem but we do like the corners for quali.

There are ticket offices - certainly at Arnage but I couldn't say whether they sell GE from there. Don't see why not. If not, your nearest spot would be the entrance to Beausejour campsite.

iIRC one year one of our group bought his ticket from Carrefour. They had a little ticket booth inside the doors to the RHS of the tills as you come in from the outside.

He actually bought everything he needed for the whole weekend from there as he'd locked his bag, tent etc. in his boot which then wouldn't open. Thankfully he had his passport in his pocket.

Carrefour provides!!!

ot but anyone remember the days when every little village on the N138 from even before Alencon would have ticket booths in the street? Sure the locals must have got a cut out of it given their eagerness to sell you one. Saved lining up once you got to the circuit.

You can get tickes at Mulsane, as there is a ticket office near the carpark entrance to the site, we have done this for several of our party who just bought the camping tickets on line (alaong with our bundle) and then turned up and bought the GE tickets on site.
I don't think you can't buy them at the back (industrial estate) entrance but they are available are the main car park entrance.

Mr Recovery,

we have bought tickets by the Antares and the Rotunda entry points, which I think is where you mean.
They have small portacabin style booths which sell tickets.
I'm pretty sure tickets are available at all entry points to the circuit.

Always available at entry.
A laminated copy also works for many people and costs slightly less according to (ahem) someone I met once.
