Hi, Amazingly I have just received, via UPS, the tickets for this years Le Mans race in June. I have never received them so early before. I was worried that I had not received an email confirmation of the order but no longer worried.
So:-
Parking booked and received
Grandstand booked and received
Entrance tickets booked and received
Hotel booked and confirmed
Tunnel booked and confirmed

So I am very happy

I thought that they were late this year. We had confirmation of campsite from the ACO for the 2014 race in November 2013 IIRC. Heard nothing so far.

I booked a range of tickets direct with the ACO in mid November. I received an e-mail confirming my order on 18 December. The same e-mail said I will be receiving the tickets towards the end of January.

I don't pay my agent the remaining 80% until the 1st April (not April fool for the past 2 years!) so my tickets don't arrive until May.

It is all booked including a couple of nights at The Hotel De France to add a bit of 'atmosphere'.

Can anyone help. This evening I have tried to book through the ACO (non member) tickets for this years race. I can validate my cart but cannot register. Simply does not work, email sent but awaiting a reply.

Am I too late or do you think this just a glitch in the system?

You are not to late but camping sites will be limited to the yellow ones at best, if you are purchasing a number of tickets it is worth considering joining the ACO as the discounts you receive will cover the cost of membership and you will end up with one full member pass and a second for your other half (you can put who ever you like down). GE tickets can be purchased when you arrive so if you only need them save the postage costs. Plenty of private sites and agencies are around if you can't get what you want from the ACO but also closer to the event camping tickets will be offered here and on other forums or on E Bay

Thank you for the reply, I don't plan on camping at the circuit i prefer to stay a couple of miles out. I could book though a third party but the inflated priced do frustrate. Theres only four of us so the ACO membership doesn't save enough.

I will keep trying.

Hi, we are trying to book 3 tickets for Le Mans on the official site but having similar problem on registering. We can add to the basket, but the registration page on the official site here http://ticket.lemans.org/home-site does not work so we cannot checkout. I have emailed them but had no reply. Does anyone have any tips on how to get tickets thru the offical channels?

Many thanks, Mark

Getting same issue on the ACO website. Really want to book camping but booking via other sites looks to be far more expensive. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how can book camping tickets direct from ACO?

Thanks

I have been having the same issues but i think i have had a bit of a break through today. Seems you can book through the officedetourisme@lemans-tourisme.com i have printed the form, scanned and then emailed back to them. Spoke to a guy who spoke great english today 0243281291 who was very informative.

Looks like i have also managed to book a parking slot. Not bothered about a camping spot as i have already made other plans.

There is a surcharge of 5% but otherwise this is the same price as the ACO.

The person you usually deal with at the tourist office, she is always very helpful and if you book with them you can use your ACO member discount.

Pleased to say i received my email with the tickets attached. The toursit office were very helpful too. Saved a few quid too given good exchange rate. Just need to book the camping now.

Where do you collect tickets from, I understand it is not the Rotunda like it used to be years ago.

Anyone know where you now pick tickets up from now, cant find any info on the ACO site.

It's near the main entrance on the main road. I got an email in April last year with a link to directions and a map.

Received my digital tickets on Friday..

I was so pleased, I was starting to worry about not hearing anything and about to get in contact with the ticket office.
