Will be pitching up in this (sans leaves hopefully), see you there! Hoping Maison Blanche isn't ruined beyond recognition by the Porsche stuff this year frown

Any more pics of the martin mini. I'm thinking of doing the same.
Hi Darren, here's another one of the Mini. Don't have many as the Mini is my mates but let me know if you want to see anything specific and I'll ask the owner.

Potential change of plan here - my wife isn't keen being left without a car for 5 days while I take the Range Rover camping so I looked into hire cars so she's mobile while I'm away. I then realised that the fuel saving if I took the rental to LM instead of our car is almost enough to cover the cost of the hire in full, plus putting an extra 1,800km on something which is already over the agreed lease mileage...

I need to stop being sensible, turning up in a Polo would be even worse than the Renault Koleos I took last year, I'm clearly far too old now.

Would I be completely mad to REALLY want to buy this?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/301602580525?_trksid=p20...

Fit it with a tow bar and take this?

Yes, but now you've suggested it here you have to go through with the desire and we'll all look forward to seeing you at Le Mans or en-route.

In all honesty, with a wedding coming in under 3 months I wouldn't be able to justify the £2,500 odd to the OH frown

Would it be in completely bad taste to set up a crowd funding page to raise the £2,500 to buy and prepare/sticker the cars up for lemans, if we sold them on our return and all money went to a great charity?

Each person that funds could pick a sticker/detail on the car smile

Of course you can - wedding car and honeymoon accommodation for £2500 - bargain! Get these things prioritised before the wedding or you've no chance aftewards wink

Sold TTRS And bought this

However the wife is rather disappointed and looks like I'll have to buy another cheaper car to get me to Le mans and back 👎
