Currently planning a trip out to Loheac to visit Le Manoir de l'Automobile and posting here in case any one else is looking for a place to visit or has been before and I'd welcome comments.

It's about 120 miles to the west of Le Mans below Rennes if you're trying to find it on a map.

The new website has some great photo's and the collection amounts to more than 400 cars.

Really well worth the visit, went a few years ago and considering going again. Do be aware that they actually close between 1pm and 2pm, you cannot stay in there.
Prob best to get there around 10am ro allow yourself a few hours or 2pm for the afternoon or until 7pm. CLOSED MONDAY.

A must for any time-served petrolhead, plus some slightly easoteric items as well.

Definately well worth a visit! clap

According to the gospel of Google it's around two hours to get there from Le Mans.

Just a thumbs up for this place. A completely unexpected delight. We stopped by during a rainy day whilst we were in Carnac last week and it really is a great collection. The circuit was open too with some local track cars going around.

Worth a visit.
