Still waiting for mine. Last year they arrived towards the end of May via courier. Never can understand why ACO doesn't supply its members first, but there you go....

I got through today on the phone. She was going to make an enquiry with UPS as system told her they had gone out some time ago. She also said they have abandoned the old system where you got an email on despatch. Supposed to ring me back with an update but who knows

NOT RECEIVED TICKETS FROM ACO !!

You have either not specified that you want them sent to you and they are therefore waiting for you to collect them at the ACO TICKET OFFICE or not paid their bill or they've sent them to the wrong address.

Email Caroline at the ACO ticket office with your booking reference number and she should be able to tell you where they are.

If all else fails I have three weekend entry tickets with three Leonard Grandstand seats and two Expo parking slots for sale at face value cost to me.
