Options for dinner in LM on Friday
Discussion
There's loads of places to eat - but also loads of people so you have 3 main options.
1. Get bored part way through the parade and go for food. No queues and you'll get a table right away.
2. Book something. No worries with queuing but you may get caught by the random start/end times of the parade.
3. Have a few more beers, then food. Most people rush for food at the end of the parade but will be done in an hour or so so tables come free after that.

For the last 10 years we've booked a restaurant off the square for 1pm.
We have great food, have far too much to drink and then watch the parade finishing the evening in various bars around the town.
Works for us and it's good to line your tummy prior to a very long day ahead
Having broken through the fence and sitting on the stage one of my mates didn't see much last year....
