Michelin pit stop at euro tunnel?

Last time I went to Le Mans a couple of years ago Michelin had a pit stop set up in the euro tunnel car park. Did tyre checks and top ups and got a load of freebies including and decent umbrella when I mentioned PH

Anyone know if that was a one off or are they there every year? Just curious!

Certainly there last year and they don't mind if you aren't wearing Michelin tyres either - and a fist full off freebies as well.

That's something I've never seen, will have to keep my eyes open for this. Or maybe I should spend less time in The Drum Inn before running for the train.

They have had this for the lat couple of years, however for those of us that travel down before Thursday we will always miss it

I bloody hope they are there this year so they can explain to me why their tyres seem to be on indefinite back order and why I had to buy Dunlops for the trip to Le Mans, I'm furious with them!

Definitely worth stopping at the tent, they noticed one of my tyres only had about 10psi in it which I'd missed in the madness to get ready.

I've used them the previous two years, got some freebies too. That was on a Friday though, going Thursday this year

We went over in 2013 on the Thursday and the Michelin team were doing a roaring trade, including the Picasso in the photo!

Thats promising then. Was a nice start to have the car tyres looked at and be given a bunch of things ahead of the drive down
