So. Where did you camp?. Next year- where will you camp?
Discussion
Our home has been on Maison Blanche for the last 13 years, in various guises, and with a little bit of luck will be for the next 20 odd years to come. Already booked in for 2016.
For the last few years we have been very lucky to have first refusal on a couple of large triple size spaces by the MB wall (huge thanks to Brian at 1st Tickets for sorting us out each year!).
Really hoping the ACO get their act together in 2016 and use ALL available MB camping space after the Porsche experience centre debacle this year - the green space you can see behind our pitch was not filled all weekend - could have housed LOTS more campers.
Yes, the general camp was quieter than normal, but I guess the benefits of having a large group/camp (18 of us this year) means we are pretty self sufficient on the entertainment side.

Howdy, neighbour - after around six years I've just twigged who you are. We camp there or thereabouts with you on the triple pitches, and you let our friends' young son watch the footie with you a couple of years ago.For the last few years we've had a black Saab estate for kit lugging (aka Geoff the Hearse).

Hello there! We are a friendly bunch and if anyone wants to pop over to watch the TV for a bit its all good ! It will either be Motorsport or football on.
Just being able to get regular camping permits for MB is a major win, we have 8 spaces each year and very lucky to have a good bunch of like minded guys who are able to go each year and make the camp/LM week what it is. With Brits, Danes, Dutch and Kiwi's on camp we have a good mix of skills and p**s taking opportunities :-)
Just going through a few old photo's - we have evolved over many years - one of the early camps from 2005 before we found the ability to take more storage space for the likes of electricity/marquees etc!
Garage Vert this year, which was pretty good, locationwise, electricity and people. Only downside was that local 'youths' can enter at will and some of them had to be chased away from the premises.
Hopefully back on Tertre Rouge next year. Tickets booked during this year's raceweek, so should be on time!
