The road from Bleu to Arnage

As I was wandering along the road back from Arnage that comes out between Bleu Nord and Sud, I wondered why they close that road off when the track is live. Anyone know?

Its too narrow for two lanes of traffic, its used as race track when it's clear. It would only take one articulated lorry and the road is blocked.

It's open on Thursday though, and doesn't suffer.

We used it as a shortcut last year, so was annoyed to see it closed this year.

Can understand why though a very narrow residential road

I presume yo can still walk it though when closed to traffic?
