Stickering up for 2016
Discussion
Mine arrived yesterday and today - Dan and team as always are brilliant, there was a small problem which was sorted instantly, great customer service. If the car doesn't look good that's my fault!
Can't wait to sticker up but I'm doing The Three Peaks this weekend (Gulp!) so it may be next weekend for the stickers

Really want to finish stickering mine, got a few on last weekend but still have another 6 to go including a couple of larger ones. I don't have a sheltered area I can use and the weather hasn't been playing ball... I might be able to finish it off tomorrow.
This is my worry. Yesterday I washed, clayed, polished and waxed my Discovery yesterday (that took a while!)...trying to give the paint some protection. Hopefully the weather plays ball over the next couple of weeks and I can do it again before I apply the stickers.JimmyJam said:

Mixed excited and nervous about a 900 mile journey in a beach buggy with no windscreen. Praying the weather is appropriate (not too hot, not too cold...)
I'd be going with LOADS of chrome though and less of the black (wheels/roll bar/engine bits)... but then it's been a long time since I was down'wiv'da'kidz....

Some rushed 'photos of mine, managed to finish the car off tonight which was unexpected
First two pics taken tonight, the last was taken last weekend before the doors and front roundels were done. Will take some better shots next week and maybe some of my mate's Mondeo support vehicle.
WGO??? - What's Going On??? - is a theme that we've used at LM and the British GP and we'll have the roundels on our team t-shirts as well. Why WGO??? Well, when you're half cut and suffering from sleep deprivation it kinda becomes tricky to keep track of things

It is madly superb, had a passenger ride in one once and promised myself I'd have on one day...

Hats off to you, that is utterly superb, I look forward to seeing it out and about during the week. If you see someone waving a carbon fibre walking stick, that would be me : ) the TL crew are stickering up in 10 days, we will post some pics shortly before we head off, look out for a gaggle of british cars with big prawns everywhere!
Thanks all - it is way more fun/scary/attention grabbing than just about anything. And with no windscreen at a max speed of about 130kph, utterly visceral... Highly recommend it! Gassing Station | Le Mans | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
