Isn't it a bit naff plastering cars with stickers to tell everyone you're going to Le Mans? It's not an especially exciting drive, nor a particularly long one. I think it looks ok on sheds, but on most of the flash stuff making the journey I don't get it. Brings to mind the Gumball.

Its not as much fun as weekend of coke'n'hookers but its a great excuse to go for a drive with like minded types, enjoy some racing and relax...

While I'm at it, I don't get why so many people go year in year out either. Couldn't see sh!t at the start last time I went because everywhere was ten deep. Far too many people and blokes piddling everywhere and anywhere.

hmm....this is not the forum for you is it...
Oddly the only event I've been to where the crowds and view have pissed me off was Glastonbury...
Every motoring themed trip has been more than bearable...
Add large groups of friends, fire, red meat, alcohol, touch'n'go toilets...I don't see the down side tbh.
