Also recognized a number of other vehicles from this and the "what are you driving" threads throughout our stay
Yep, saw quite a few from here - had the striped s2000 in our campsite and felt a little stalkerish speaking to jaggy mcjagface in the tunnel queue in a 'Hi, you don't know me but I've seen you car on the interwebs...' kinda way :-)

De-stickering for Le Mans - cool ghost effect left after my car got filthy on the campsite! Mix of mud, ash, and the usual road dirt!!
Might leave it like this for a while until I can be bothered to clean it! 😂

TY, the "7" was a Striker, 15 years old & still going strong - the drive back up in the pouring rain on Monday was, eeerrrrm - interesting!

If anyone got any pics of my car round & about at Le Mans copies would be much appreciated!
You were on our campsite (I was in the red MX5 in the corner with the sinking caravan)

HaHa, thanks for the pic! Strangely I've just spotted your pic of the hog roast in another thread & realised we must be on the same campsite, but not met! The Striker broke its starter motor on the way home in the UK & Edd had to keep it running for 180 miles, bit awkward as he thought he had only 150 mile range fuel tank, apparently he was (fortunately) wrong!

I'll buy you a beer next year! We'll be in the same spot but hopefully next year the caravan won't sink at a distance 1M greater than the length of the electric cable from the socket!!!

And thanks to all who helped push it out on Sunday night, Rob (the caravaner) was most appreciative as we'd been promised a tractor on Monday morning but it never showed.

I helped push that out - had no idea who I was helping tho' but that's the spirit of Le Mans (well apart from a few dheads)!

Is there normally a picture thread put up after its all over? I have a load of photos and some are PH's cars.

We also had a Rapid Fit mondeo in the group! AS well as a T5 and Sir_Daves M3 ring taxi.

My car looks a bit plain now, stickers came off ok just leaving a bit of adhesive hear and there but that came off easily with a clean...

I managed to salvage some stickers;

Nice resurrection. Maybe worth waiting for the 2019 thread though?

Someone bumped the thread with an advert which has now been removed.

I'm looking forward to the appearance of the 2019 thread.

I saw a good car the other day, can't remember the make or model sadly.
Was a JPS livery , but said Special Player John instead.

Still thinking about what i am going to do sticker wise.
My first time stickering up.

Need to get the 2019 thread going soon. Going with Team Langoustine livery this year.
