ACO ticket and camping pre-sale
Discussion
As you know the ACO members can purchase tickets and camping one week before the general public with a discount too. This year I have been informed that the ticket office is open on Tuesday 3rd November at 10AM (CET).
That will be a day, I suppose of the usual chaos, frustrations, crashing website etc etc etc Now you have been alerted (=warned)

Good luck to everyone.
After 18 trips in 20 years we're calling it a day. We've driven every possible route from England and three times from Spain always extending the race weekend to initially five days in 1996 and then anything up to three weeks when we drove from Spain.
As I said good luck to everyone and enjoy it. I'll be checking out the coverage on Eurosport.

I suspect I'm coming to the same conclusion as Davwlk.
Been going since 1996 always with a grandstand seat. Problem is the old knees and legs are having problems getting up and down the steps and walking from La Raccordiment to Tetre Rouge etc. Last year was OK...luckily the seats were in the top row where the stairs came right up in front of us so I was able to stretch out easily, but if that had not been the case I could have been on trouble, maybe.
So, I'm contemplating whether or not to renew my ACO membership, due this month. I probably will not. Eurosport and RLM for me from now on I suspect, sadly.

Confirmed.. Tuesday 3rd for the members.
Mentally preparing myself for the chaotic day. But crossing my fingers the computer booking will work this year.
Bonus I've got the day off so don't need to worry about sorting it in work time!
Have you taken the day off specifically to tackle the ACO carnage..... if so, respect....that is proper PH Le Man'ing Mentally preparing myself for the chaotic day. But crossing my fingers the computer booking will work this year.

Always feel much happier when the tickets have been bought.
Checked log in today. Seemed okay doing a test to buy moto gp tickets or whatever race it was. As long as simple email and password log in works and remains the same for Le mans tickets.
Accomodation is already sorted, hopefully Tuesday will be smooth and then just got to buy the ferry tickets...

Off topic, but I have a German friend who wants to take a camper van to the Classic in 2016.
Does anyone know when the launch dates are for these spaces? Are they sold through the ACO website, or Patrick Auto?
Thanks
I enquired recently and was told they don't have a date, but it would be in November. The tickets were sold via the ACO website, so worth dropping them a note to check if they have an actual date yet.Does anyone know when the launch dates are for these spaces?
