mulsanne corner

It's a very long way away from the 'village' etc though. There are buses but there is a hell of a queue at busy periods.
Just a suggestion but you can get a Mulsanne/Arnage parking permit which allows vehicle access to just outside Mulsanne Camping if you want to spend some time down there.

You don't even need to do that, there's a ticket booth/entrance to the Mulsanne enclosure at the top of Rue Pierre Mendès France, Mulsanne. It's easy enough to find FOC parking nearby in Mulsanne, especially on Saturday evening.Just a suggestion but you can get a Mulsanne/Arnage parking permit which allows vehicle access to just outside Mulsanne Camping if you want to spend some time down there.
Or there's a taxi rank outside the main entrance. Not sure what it's like during the day but always cabs and never a queue when we've gone out to watch dawn at Arnage/Mulsanne. We even used it one when we got bored of waiting 75min for the "every 15min" bus...
Does solve the issue of a) who's going to stop drinking so they are OK to drive and b) who's willing to drive the dark lanes full of pissed-up pedestrians and cyclists.
