ACO Card

I ordered the passion 24 ACO membership with my tickets. I was billed for it on my Visa card but have not received my ACO membership card. I did receive my tickets and I've emailed the ticket office with a copy of my order and have not heard back from them. I keep getting a message back saying they are out of office. I need to make sure I have my ACO card before I get to France. Any ideas on how I can get someone to respond. Thanks for any help you can provide.

it can take some time for them to get the cards sorted, plenty of time for them to arrive but you can always ring them as they speak english and are usually very helpful
