I would expect them to refund you in full. Keep us posted wink
Agent (Travel Destinations) has been in touch - Eurotunnel won't deal with me, but they have offered to email Eurotunnel on my behalf - fingers crossed

I emailed them on the 21st - had the automated response but nothing else so far, its good to hear you are all getting refunds though so fingers crossed I do also.

IIRC they have 14 days to respond.

Were the refunds relating to Sunday evening crossings or Monday crossings ?

I booked through Speed Chills and had an email from them yesterday saying £50.50 was coming my way (unless I wanted to argue my own case with Eurotunnel).

Update....

Eurotunnel have refunded half of the return journey to Travel Destinations. Eurotunnel have explained that the delays on the outward journey were not down to them, but were a result of the 100% passport checks. They held their hand up to the delays on the return journey.

I can't be bothered fighting for any more and Travel Destinations have been really good, so I don't want to land them with any more work.

Either way, I'm a bit better off than I was yesterday, so I'm happy enough.

I'm going to check with a friend of mine as we shared a pitch and were only refunded £20 each - Or is that right?
