Chris was doing some fun laps in a Nissan GTR yesterday around Silverstone GP for what looked like a Nissan event. He wasn't hanging around but those GTR's are big old buses and didn't go around corners very well.

I thought that it was a good piece, overall.
I think that the idea of the split chronology, was to give the viewer a reference point, as to where Hoy had come from. It seemed to keep reminding us that he was an "amateur" driver and certainly an inexperienced driver.
The producer did well to keep the footage in, when there was the tyre debacle. Many teams would have cut that.

I thought Nissan were there for the GT Academy. If I'd realised Sir Chris was there I'd have kept an eye out for him.
