Must be having Mark Webber round. Thank your lucky stars Peter Dumbreck isn't dropping in! smile

Dan - you did threaten the use of "the truck'' when we spoke last year. I hope you've got a smaller tent to enable your truck to fit on the pitch? Are you going to sticker it up in support of "Donald"? hehe

All I'll say is god bless Brian at 1st Tickets for being accommodating! He's going to give us back to back tents rather than in a row, which means we essentially will have one 'spare' area to park the Beast on, rather than having separate areas for cars as we're sharing this one vehicle this year.

As for stickering, I'm thinking either Arnie tribute or simple camo. I'd love to dress it up as The Donald, however I get the feeling that some people might not get the joke and I don't fancy it getting vandalised. Shame, as that would be a proper giggle otherwise. I might sneak a 'Make America Great Again!' sticker on it somewhere though biggrin

I was only this morning speaking with 1st Tickets sorting travel details.

You could always do a 'Donald duck!' partial theme....

Can you also leave the rest of us some fuel to get there/back scratchchin As for car sharing....it's hardly environmentally friendly in the Hummer!

PS there's no vandalism allowed on Brian's secure site!

Endless ideas...
a brick motif - the wall
The Mexcican angle
A Russian angle
Cover it in cheese and make America grate again.

We ran the maths, it's actually going to cost us the same in fuel as it would taking four different cars...

These, well apart from the Ftype (lovely thing) as it was a rental, I think he's bringing an FF.

Thanks thinking of a new livery this year but everyone seems to like the martini so I may just keep it.

Seeing the lovely BMW is it too early for a stickering thread?

Bring the beast over from the USA for the summer in the U.K. Including taking it to Le Mans.

What? I missed that memo, so much for this year being the cheap year! Still, it will be a nice change to passenger down for once, roll on June

Oh and +1 on the cheese grater idea

Beautiful - excellent taste !

I guess our group will look something like this again.....V12 Roadster for me. With a bit of luck this year, accompanied by 2 orange lambos (huracan and gallardo) plus possibly an F40 in place of the CGT although if that person's Miura is back from a refresh suspect he won't resist a run-out in that, 458 speciale, GT4, 997 gen 2 GT3 RS plus a couple of other Ferraris & Porsches
