Nothing really exists with easy walking and facilities,

The best you will get is Eau Rouge Camping ...http://en.eaurouge.nl

Its about a 20-30 min to walk to the bottom end of the circuit then another 15-20 brisk walk to the paddock etc. Given how hilly the circuit is this walk is quite something to add on!

There is lots of camping around the main entrance however you get nothing but a couple of loos to share with a lot of people, there are showers near the main entrance though!

Alternatively...

Camp near Spa town, this campsite ...http://www.campingspa.be/en is a 15 minute walk down to town, pubs bars etc, 45 min back up the hill pissed though! The great thing is you can go into town to see the Wednesday parade or just sit outside the campsite (they come right past). All the required facilities on site as well. Its about a 15 minute drive to the circuit however I saw people last year getting a taxi!

PM Me if you want to discuss further we do Spa 4-5 times a year.

We camped at eau rouge P2 at this years spa 24H, its about 5 minute walk to the nearest entrance Gate,(where the concert was this years) and another 5 minutes to the paddock via tunnel ( paddocks are well spread out ) 15 minutes to the bus stop chicane.
there is food outlets well spread out in the paddocks and surrounding area.
Its a well positioned campsite but we got bogged in due to the campsite being sodden when we arrived and more heavy rain made it worse.its got showers and toilets few minutes walk away

if you camp at Le Combes its a massive walk to anywhere that has facilities.

You can also camp at the end of the Kemmel straight, portaloos and temporary showers provided, that's where I'll be. Camping Eau Rouge has permanent facilities, but I've struggled to get in the least couple of years as they want a full weeks booking with it being peak season.

this where you need to be if you want the closest site. camping P2.

By the way it was horrendously noisy especially Friday and Saturday night, Young locals with large boom boxes, and smoking weed all night. I wouldn't recommend it if you like a bit of sleep.

this lot rolled up with very large tractor trailer and ex military truck full of settees and gazebo's fridges, freezer's full of beer and gear Huge swimming pool, (they brought there own water) thousands of gallons I kid you not!!!

Another option if you're in a camper / motorhome is the road (old circuit) up from Stavelot / Camping Eau Rouge, plenty of space on the verge there

Parking 2 or 3, brings you into the circuit at Eau Rouge.

The showers are hot, toilets clean - if a small walk from the camping area. Parking 2 also has motorhomes on if thats what you are looking for

Travel Destinations, but it's not like Le Mans where agencies can often be the only way to get the campsite you want, I'm not sure why anyone would pay the extra.

Its also not that difficult to find places to stay. Campsites don't sell out usually. There are hotels in Francorchamps and Spa, (Spa is a drive away) Francorchamps is a short walk. There are many B&B's all around the circuit. Francorchamps is about the only walking to track location.

We stayed in the Racing Hotel a few trips back and paid over the odds once you included the ferry and accommodation. (The hotel should be condemned!) It was a disgrace.

The Eau Rouge Camping has holiday homes to rent this is about 40 minutes walk to the Stavelot corner.

The Racing Hotel has changed hands recently and while a bit of a walk from the track, the beer is good.
