They dont seem to be updating properly.

Car 83 the 911 GT hasnt moved off lap 210 for the past hour but the times are still showing the 4 minute mark.

It seems to be updating the top ten properly.

Are there any other places with the laptimes?

I've only been looking at the official website for a few minutes but the leading Audi has just pitted and "box" went from 24 to 25 - I assume it's a pit stop counter.....?

Yes, the times don't move if they are waiting for time penalties to be added as well, I think.
