I had all 4 of my TVR dust caps lifted. Can't believe I didn't have the forethought to take them off.

Mate had his phone nicked too.

I was parked next to jimmyt and only had 1 of my dust caps nicked, so not too bad, but annoying

My mate had his Oakleys nicked.

Daft thing was they would be useless to anybody as he's as blind as a bat and they has prescription lenses in 'em

Someone helped themselves to one of the TeamLangoustine go-peds. We had lots of expensive stuff on display for easy pickings, so can only assume it was a pissed bloke and not an oportunist thief. Between 2am and 6am Thursday morning.
Shame there are people like this to spoil the event. Anyone have any info, please post on this site to shame the inconciderate git.

Sorry BB, didn't realise you'd had a dig and I'm sorry I didn't get to see you again. Wanted a nosey around your steed but never saw you again either.

Yep - done again on Monday morning, we went for a very sedate pootle around the track before leaving.
I resisted the temptation to nail it down an empty Mulsanne and then got collared on Indi for not stopping at the stop at the end of Mulsanne.
Not another car in sight in any direction so I just rolled around the corner like you do at Give Way's. Never saw the STOP and neither did any of the other half a dozen or so brits the rozzer showed me in his book from that morning.

Err, one of our guys lost his car keys, £300 in Euros, £60 in Sterling, his race entry tickets, his insurance certificate, his passport and his mate's passport. Had in al in one back that got half inched in Le Mans on Friday night.

Doh!

Andrew,

Thanks for this very much appreciated...... nice feel good factor

However you forgot to mention the Canon 35mm camera, 300mm lens, digital camera, imoboliser, grand prix tickets from 92 onwards, Oakley clothcase, stainless bottle opener, book containing numerous autographs (Jackie stewart, Lauda, Alonso, JPM, and Paul Belomond an ex March driver).

Glad I took spare keys and left them in the tent...and left some other stuff the boot of the Chim, one person told me that he had left his passport in the boot of his unlocked car...I guess is some of this is down to luck or lack of it, anyway that's what I told my mate who was looking after the rucksack...eggs and one basket comments spring to mind here.

Neighbours in KN got woken up by scum rifling through jeans pockets in their tent sat night..

We had this a coupld of years back, didn't get nothing though..

Sometime in the early hours of saturday morning someone walked into our tent and spent 15 minutes "working over" my kidneys with a baseball bat.
