Nice pics!
I see you stayed in Putanges on the way back, lovely innit? My mate's got a place there and I had a few days there after the race.
Seems very popular with the Caen-Pompey crowd.

Yep, Putanges-Pont-Ecrepin to give it it's full name, excellent roads, must have had a few visits from the Romans at some point.

Very nice place indeed.

the D15 i think? I know it had our navigator giggling like the french school girl he spied when he read the map! Its just before coming into the town from the south on the left, there is an amazing xxx miles of twisty roads.

We ate at the cafe adjacent to the towns bridge, where the Quality and size of food portions was such a contrast to the previous few days at the campsite. Oh, they had a clean working loo also!!!!

Which we totally stank out and ruined, I doubt it ever worked again
