The alternative is hot water poured over the panel but Ideally you want a really clean/polished surface to apply them to in the first place & when you remove them, do it gently & don't pull them off at 90 degrees to the panel - if necessary, more heat applied part way through will help.

Haha, i figured I'd only be seen one side at at a time (either overtaking or being overtaken) and I was struggling to choose, so why not have one of each.
