Did the system properly kick them out ? Mine said it had disconnected but I clicked onto the shop and it let me in.

I managed to get expo parking and 2x GE and grandstand seats. I needed 3 and so I went back though the process and got one more. Not sure that should work..

Anyway, I now can't print them out without re-joining the queue...

The GE and grandstand tickets are now combined; confusingly.
Try printing off the grandstand tickets which should then show as a combined entry and grandstand.
Hope everyone finally gets what they need.
Too early to start a countdown???

They have been for two years now. I ordered all of mine to be sent hard copy. I somehow expected everything to be e-ticket this year. I'm old fashioned, I like to have a 'proper' ticket....

I got a GE and T17. Wanted to get camping at Tertre Rouge, but that had gone. Back in Hippodrome, but that's OK.

When I click "Enter" once the qeue is complete this is the first thing that shows up... which I think is indicating that it didn't get the membership ID



I will try again in a few hours

My recomendation for those of you with the same issue (Invalid member number) is to pick the camping without the discount (no need to enter the member number) to secure it, as the price difference is not big... and later on when everything is settled, pick the discounted tickets

Had the same. Just click on continue and you get to the order page.

Emotional morning ! Joined ACO yesterday but when trying to book my tickets this morning got invalid card when entering the number on my card. Format 23ACOXXXXX - any ideas why?

Got 2 x expo like I wanted. That was important one.

Couldn’t get ACO stand again. Damn.

Went for Sommer. Really limited options but at least have a stand. Seats were disappearing quickly also. 2 x seats bought.

Then on other computer but still under same membership booked another seat in same stand and paid with different card as same one wasn’t being accepted.

Obviously sat in different places but working on fact seats free up quite quickly after peak, so they’ll probably only be some periods of one person separated. Plus, it’s not like you sit there chatting away with the noise anyway.

If you buy them at the same time, they are. Have been for the last 2 years (for me, anyway).
