Cheers! Got quite a bit of interest in it at the weekend, which was good considering the machinery that was there! Not that surprising when you consider that, with only 883 manufactured, it is up near the top of the "most rare" cars list.

ETA I think we were sitting at the next table, O.H. says she heard you talking about it!

Was it the estate with a Mustang Badge on the lower front grille?

I heard you pull in to the Service station on the Monday afternoon, pulled in near a Blue GT40 which i was taking some snaps of so i might have asome of your, will have a look.

Your car made a great noise through the Rouen tunnel on the way home .

I was in the orange '72 911 - passed you a couple of times en route... although I did get my just deserts... you may have seen me stopped by the gendarmes at the toll just before Boulogne

OOPS! Yeah I saw you a couple of times.
We were in a nice little posse on the peage up to the Boulogne toll, three Ferraris, a Lambo, a Porsche and a Cobra. Got up to 130 (MPH) for a while! Sorry to say I didn't encounter any problems with the Gendamerie! Bad luck, I hope they didn't come down too hard on you1

Yes I take 3 pictures under the rain!

This 2008 edition give me the idea to buy a rain protection for my cam for next Le Mans pictures.

Thanks! the rain never let up for more than a few minutes all the way down. had a much better drive back!
