I couldn't say as I've only seen them pop up when searching via contracthireandleasing.com. Average price on 6+23 seems to be around £300-320 pm so 270-280 isn't a million miles off.

well i haven't seen the figures, just basing it on the fact that you see so few of them new in the UK now, and they pulled a load of their lineup too IIRC. Maybe that was just for the UK. They peaked in the 90s and the 00s i reckon.
I've seen the figures, they've got ambitious plans for next year with a new cross over coming, the new Laguna and Espace and a new Megane coming all in the next 2 years along with hybrid versions in the pipeline.

OK I've checked myself... apparently there is a BMW 225i xDrive M Sport Active Tourer... up on fuel economy, down on power (66hp down), same price, not really a looker

no idea about deals though, and it would need to be pretty good to beat a Golf R estate IF the deals came online!!
Interesting idea, didn't realise they were doing sporty-ish versions of the active tourer, thought it was mainly SE spec level diesels

I currently have an 07 E92 335i and I fancy something newer. I am considering a lease however I can't seem to find any decent lease deals on cars with a similar performance to what I have now... I know there are or were some deals on the M135i however I am not a fan of the styling.

I'm gutted I missed the stonking deals on the VW Golf R.

Are there any deals out there on the Golf R, Audi S3 or M235i at the moment, or am I better just waiting for something to crop up?

wouldn't be the first time a broker has left an old deal on CH&L, however worth an ask if you're in the market.

Thanks for that. Off to test drive one at lunchtime. The headline offer is £129 + 45 per month, which is less than I currently spend on petrol by a good few quid.
Nice one.

Update on the Leaf or Zoe thread with what deal you get offered.

Man maths see's the new car only costing about £50 per month more than keepin the ten year old 95k mile Citroen C5 Hdi. Nothing wrong with it but my wife hates it.

Anyone want to buy a Citroen C5 for much less then just the deposit on some of these lease deals????

Offered £156 + battery at £60 for a 24 month 6k mile deal. So not cheap enough for me. Shame as I quite liked the car but not at that money

When leasing do you have to do anything special for insurance? Are you listed as the owner? Do you need GAP insurance? etc...

Not leased before but kept an eye on this thread and the 125d deals at £179 per month fully maintained look good. I need to do 20k miles per year but with excess mileage of 11p it works out cheaper to pay the excess mileage charges than go for the full 20k deals. Anyone else going for this?

Is there any hidden dangers of excess fees if you take a car out on a 10k per annum and do 20k? If not you would be mad to register the lease as a 20k when in most instances the excess mileage plus 10k is cheaper?

I thought most were tiered as in its 8p per mile for the first x over the stated limit then a higher amount for the next x etc

That makes sense as I have never seen a lease agreement, just the headline figures on the web eg excess mileage at 8p etc. which equates to just £800 a year for an extra 10k.

With a 20k mileage every year at the moment it needs to be a GTD not an R wink

My GT86 is worth tuppence ha'penny .

So much for getting a Cayman GTS which is what I really want but I am not paying the depreciation and servicing on that for 60k..... lol
