I've just ordered a golf gtd here:

http://www.centralukvehicleleasing.co.uk/vehicle/c...

About £245 per month incl vat averaged over 24 months.
What's the lead time for delivery? Also what colour options are included in that price?
Has anyone looked at what the PCP alternatives for the Golf are like? Tempted by one but not sure which route to take

Apologies for this but I've trawled back through the pages of this thread as some time back there was a link to some very cheap deals on the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, but I can't find it now.
Can someone point me in the right direction please, as I've gone back 20 pages or so.

Monthly Payment £269.00
Customer Deposit £3790.44

Optional Final Payment £11,403.56
Total Amount Payable £21,650.00

Around £10k for the pleasure of two years behind the wheel of a Nismo Juke, not worth it IMHO.

We used to have a joke on a good deal from work, £160/month no deposit and free insurance. I still wasn't happy paying that.

If anyone is interested, I have just ordered an Audi A6 Avant 2.0TDI Black Edition S Tronic with metallic on a personal contract hire 3+35. Not the cheapest car, but a lot for the money. £1392 down and £464/month including VAT and that was for 15000 miles pa, non maintained. This is via a main dealer and is cheaper than a comparable PCP quote, with 21-22% discount off list price - £40700. Beauty of a moan dealer is that there is no admin charge.

I did a fair bit of searching for a medium sized estate , BMW 5 Touring deals were few and far between and the Merc C Class C220 Premium Plus AMG Line was broadly similar in price to the A6.
my original quote for F11 535d mSport touring was 3+35 £408 + vat
Who was that with? And what miles? Sounds an impressive deal , I assume it is a broker as there is currently no BMW support on 5 Tourings through dealers on PCH, I only asked about the 520d though.

Fiat 500S from Skyfleet

"This Fiat 500 S model comes with loads of equipment as standard, such as sports alloy wheels, 7" colour screen, sports seats with 500S logo, sports kit (spoiler, side skirts, chrome exhaust), Abarth sports steering wheel, air conditioning, bluetooth hands free with voice recognition, dark tinted windows and loads more!"

Business Contract Hire from £97.99+VAT.
3 Year Lease, rental profile 9+35, 8,000 miles per annum, non maintenance.

Personal Contract Hire from £117.59 inc VAT.
3 Year Lease, rental profile 9+35, 8,000 miles per annum, non maintenance.

Seems like a reasonable deal 22p per mile inc VAT over 3 years. (£5,175)

Is there anything around on the 125d? The Intelligent Car Leasing deals are gone.

Otherwise I think I'll go for a GTD.

Can't find any 125d deals, looks like all of the slots have gone, unless someone can tell me different.

Does anyone know of any decent alternatives around the same price. A few of the GTD deals are £300+ now

Cheers

How about the new Ford Focus STD?

Joking aside I would have thought it makes a reasonable competitor to the GTD.

It's on my radar anyway.

Hi,

I hope you can help, as I've never bought a car on finance before.

I'm considering buying a new Mustang and I'm close to putting down a deposit. The dealer want a £1000 deposit to get on the waiting list, but at present there is no information on finance options. I don't want to put down a deposit on a car if I don't know if I can afford it! The dealer is saying finance deals will be made available later in the year.

So, could anyone give me a very rough idea of what options there may be? I run a sports car hire business and will be planning on hiring out the car, so could I look at a business lease? Or a personal lease? It will be my personal car, but also used for hires.

Any help for a finance newbie would be greatly appreciated.

Difficult to say for the Mustang without knowing what the residual value is predicted as been after 3-years. Until that figure is known we're just guessing really. It's certainly unlikely to be any cheaper than the M135i and Golf R deals of the past year!

If you are on a lease then it isn't your car and you are subject to the conditions of the lease, which will probably exclude hire/reward?

Sounds like you need to buy it outright, maybe via a bank loan?

Yes, this is another consideration I have. Is this the norm for lease contracts?
