Well after quite a lot of dicking around and numerous advertised deals that mysteriously disappeared or had sold out when I called to enquire about them I have finally managed to do a deal!

Merc E250 in metallic for £279/month inc vat on 9+23 with no fees. Stock car so hopefully should be 2-3 weeks. Hopefully my first foray into the world of leasing will be a good one!

Anyone want to buy a 3 series......!

10k, we average about 11k and with the excess it'll be about £100 per year on top but I can live with that.

A colleague just went for Skoda Scout from Mad Sheep. Apparently prices have gone up but they have access to some at March rates. Think they're still a good deal (?)

Haha yeah, hadn't noticed that biggrin Big Alan Partridge fan so chose it because of his arguing with the farmers about infected spinal columns/bse.

now show me a good deal on a 430d xDrive and I could well be interested. Everything I've seen in stupid money - seems to make more sense to buy outright especially as money sitting in the bank isn't earning a whole lot

Given you could get a 535 for only a few quid more a few weeks back that seems a bit naff for a 520d.

Mercedes c220 se auto estate

It seems I have just Missed the tail end of a 9+23, 10k pa deal at <£200 p/m exc VAT on the above. Averaged monthly cost all considered was just under £300!

Any one any suggestions what would be a similar deal/car, or know of any still available?!?

Personal or business? I've been looking for a while at exactly that and the cheapest I saw was £251 inc VATon a saloon and that didn't actually exist on further investigation, the estate didnt get near that price....
